——Adventuring Rogue, under the affects of Sleeping Pollen.

Description

Sleeping Pollen is a bright purple dust that shimmers dimly when gathered in large enough quantities. If Ingested or Inhaled, a weak individual may succumb to a strong sleeping compulsion that is extremely difficult to wake from. Sleeping Pollen must usually be contained in sealed bottles, as the dust is so fine that even a tiny amount that escapes can potentially lay down an Ogre.

Lore

This pollen is taken from small buds that grow from the reeds of the Sleeping Willow Tree. During summer, when wildlife is in full bloom, creatures are unable to travel through forests populated by this unusual vegetation, as the frequent excretion of the stuff will inevitably throw the victim into an unending slumber. While a singular consumption of the pollen only knocks an individual out for an hour, a sleeping humanoid is unable to prevent itself from breathing while sleeping, thus causing them to perpetually breath the chemical in and out of their bodies.
