Martial Dabbler

Requirement: 0 Ranks in the Martial Philosophy

Benefit: You gain Rank 1 in the Martial Philosophy. Any Martial Techniques you use are subject to additional costs. You do not gain any Martial Techniques, but you may choose them whenever you gain a new power as part of Character Advancement. Additionally, when you gain a Philosophy point (as part of Character Advancement) you may spend it in the Martial Philosophy.

Additionally, you gain access to the Martial Practice skill.
