Power Specialization

Prerequisite: Power Focus or Practiced Power in the chosen power, Rank 4 in the philosophy of the chosen power.

Benefit: Choose a power that you know and have chosen with Power Focus or Practiced Power. Decrease the Resolve or Stamina cost of this power by 1. This feat does not reduce upkeep, energy burn, or Karma costs. This reduction only applies to the initial cost of the power (including augments) and does not effect the cost of any special actions granted by the power.

Special: This feat may be taken more than once. Each time it applies to a different power. This feat may not be used for powers that are class or talent features.
