Fundamentals:4d6 Method
The 4d6 method of creating a character is the normal method by which the six attribute scores are determined for your character. You roll four 6-sided die. Remove the lowest number on the four die. Add the remaining three die together. This will determine one of your six Attributes. Repeat this five more times to get all six of your attribute scores. Once you have the 6 score assign each score to one of the attribute based on what class your character will become (for example the highest score for a fighter is usually strength so you will select your highest score and assign it to strength). Do the same for the remaining five scores. This will give you the six base attribute scores for your character.
