Amnesia

You have sustained trauma or a magical effect that has compromised your memory. You are subject to the following effects:

• You have lost all memory of past knowledge and events. You do not remember who you are, or what you have been doing, or any events from your life. You do not remember acquaintances, friends, or even family members.
• You automatically fail all knowledge based skill checks.
• You retain use of your other skills and abilities, but you don't know that you have them or how good you are at them. At the GM's discretion you may use an ability reflexively in certain situations.

Note: An NPC affected by Amnesia resets all dispositions to neutral until the status effect is cured.
