Antimagic

Antimagic supresses the effects of magic in an area. Magical effects cannot be cast into or out of the area of Antimagic. Likewise, magical items will not function magically within the area, but maintain any traditional function of the item (i.e. a sword is still a sword, it just loses any magical properties).

Summoned creatures within the field, or that move into the field are unsummoned immediately.

Certain magical powers or effects overcome Antimagic, as described by the ability. Artifacts and beings of a Deific nature are unaffected.
