Entangled

You are subject to an effect that impedes movement, such as a net, or sticky webbing. Entangled only affects movement modes that rely on your own capabilities. You are subject to the following effects:

• Your movement modes are reduced by half and you cannot Shift or Sprint (excluding Interdimensional movement, such as teleport).
• You have a -5 penalty to all Active Skill checks.
• Entangled does not hamper forced movement resulting from a Push, Pull, or Reposition effect. However, other forms of Forced Movement such as Flee and Approach are affected by Entangled.
