Hellfire Damage

Hellfire damage is a particular speciality of Infernal denizens and Hellspawn. It is described as the fire that burns in the deepest levels of Hell, where even the Hellspawn can feel its heat. Hellfire damage is a derivative of Fire and Vile damage and requires Damage Reduction or Resistance to both damage types (or to Hellfire specifically) for the damage to be reduced. When a creature suffers an injury from Hellfire damage, you may choose to deal either a Fire Injury or a Vile Injury.
