You cannot move your body and are frozen in place. You are subject to the following effects:

• You cannot move any part of your body or take any physical action (including speaking).
• You may take actions that are purely mental and do not require movement of any kind (Such as some Focus Actions).
• If you cannot mentally attack or defend yourself, you are considered Helpless (otherwise you grant an Advantage).
