Basic Mental Method [Innate, Perceptive]

Free Action

Target: One creature that you threaten.

Effect: You issue a Challenge to the target, attempting to goad them into fighting you in exclusion to their other goals. While the target is challenged, if it takes an Opportunity attack on another creature (who is not challenging the target), and that creature grants the Opportunity from moving directly away from it, you gain an Opportunity on the target. Additionally, if the target makes an attack on a creature who has been rendered Helpless or a non-combatant creature (i.e. bystander), you gain an Opportunity attack on the target.

Special: You may only challenge one creature at a time. If you use this power on a second target, the previous Challenge ends.
