Cost: 3 Resolve
Limitation: This power may only be used once per round.
Trigger: You make a Stealth check to hide.
Effect: You use your environment as a cloak against observers. Even while being observed it is hard for people to see where you go, their vision always obscured by something in the environment, the lighting or perhaps a distracting noise. You need only Partial Concealment to attempt to hide from non-adjacent creatures (instead of Superior Concealment).
