Effect: The best way to defend against an attack is to not be there. After striking, many skilled fighters have learned that it is wise to shift to a position of better advantage. You may now move up to your skirmish speed instead of a 5 ft shift. You are still subject to Opportunity Attacks and prevented from moving by certain conditions and effects.
