Clone

Effect: You place the bit of flesh within the tank and fill it with the sludge. After a 1 phase incantation which begins the process, you wait 2d4 months as the Clone grows from the organic soup. When this growth period is completed, an identical physical copy of the original creature is created. At this point you begin the final incantation, which draws the soul of the deceased original creature to the new body.

When the ritual is completed, the Clone awakes and contains the same personality, memories, and abilities of the original creature. If the original creature is not deceased at the time of the final casting, the ritual fails. The clone body may be kept in stasis, with a Gentle Repose Ritual or similar ability, until such time as it is needed. If the clone is not preserved, it will begin to decay after 1d4 weeks from the completion of its growth.
