Area of Effect: 5 mile diameter area, centered on the weather vane
Effect: You place the weather vane on a high point within the area and begin chanting. Over the next phase, the weather slowly begins to change and manifest to the conditions of your choice. The weather you bring forth must be appropriate for the season (i.e. no blizzards in summer) and climate of the area (i.e. no hurricanes in non-coastal areas).
