Ghostly Item

Effect: Spreading the ectoplasm into intricate runes upon the item, you draw it into your realm. The item crosses the boundary between the material and the incorporeal, allowing an incorporeal creature to wield or use it. It still maintains ties to the material realm though, and can function in either world at the will of the wielder. In this way, a weapon could be wielded by a ghost to harm both corporeal and incorporeal opponents, or a suit of armor could be worn by a ghost to protect against attacks from both the material and immaterial. When the ritual ends, the item is ejected into the material realm in the closest space that can hold it.
