Effect: WIth a brief chant, you create an area that prevents all creatures within it from intentionally or knowingly lying. Creatures with a Will greater than or equal to [15 + your Devotion score] are unaffected by this ritual. Creatures that are aware that this ritual is in place are not compelled to answer any questions or even speak. Hence a creature may choose not to answer a question or may evade or omit important details.
