Phantasm Keyword
Phantasms are Illusions that occur only within the minds of those that perceive them. A creature that is not initially targeted by the phantasm cannot perceive it. Phantasms are often called hallucinations. Since the mind can make things real, Phantasms that make attacks on their targets deal Psychic Damage to their opponent.
Since phantasms only occur in the minds of others, they are not necessarily subject to prevailing environmental conditions (i.e. a phantasm that yells and screams cannot be Silenced).
