Psychic Damage
"Really? You're going to rob me? With what? That axe in your back? A rather odd place to store the tools of your trade, wouldn't you say?"
——Rahul Fenir, famed psychic, arguing his way out of a mugging.
Psychic damage is extremely effective against mortal creatures, for it is a power harnessed to attack the mind. This force rarely has a specific appearance, as it either takes the shape of an illusory assault, or simply attacks the victims thoughts directly. While it has very little effect on undead or inanimate objects, it is extremely hard to combat and resist through conventional means. Psychic damage affects the spirit and mind, which can make injuries more difficult to heal.
Unless otherwise stated, Regeneration has no affect on injuries dealt by Psychic damage.
