Effect: You create a point of chaotic mental energy at the tip of your finger. Your touch drives enemies ever into a stupor. Make an attack:

Target: One creature
Attack: Arcana vs. Touch
Hit: The target takes 2d6 + Eldritch Might Psychic damage and 2 Resolve Damage.
Miss: You may choose to hold on to the spell's charge and attack again after you've completed the Recovery Time for this spell. You do not need to recast this spell (i.e. spend the Casting Time) to attack again, though your spell is vulnerable to Disruption.
