Equipment:Bolas
Description
Bolas are primitive ranged weapons that have seen little improvement over the ages, probably because the design is sound. Bolas are essentially just two or three heavy balls made from wood, stone or metal attached by moderate lengths of cord tied at the center. A wielder will throw this weapon towards a victim, usually at the legs or upper body to not only deal some damage with the weights, but also to tangle the target with the ropes and weights, possibly forcing them to trip.
