Capsule of Zulf
Description
A Capsule of Zulf is a clay container roughly the size of a walnut, pale and semi-delicate. Each capsule is formed of two halves etched with mirrored runes, which spark faintly when twisted together. Once sealed, the capsule is airtight and stable, capable of holding volatile alchemical mixtures that would otherwise be unsafe to transport.
Lore
The craft of the Capsule of Zulf is said to have originated in the southern provinces, where alchemists first experimented with embedding runes into clay. Today, they are widely traded among serious practitioners, prized for their reliability. While inexpensive by alchemical standards, the capsules are considered essential for containing dangerous or unstable reagents. Alchemists often sell them in padded boxes of twenty, ready for filling.
