Kama

The Kama features a short wooden bar a little over a foot in a length topped by a long horizontal blade with a slight curve, ending in a point. The sharpened edge is on the underside of the blade. These weapons were originally used as farming implements, but were later adapted as weapons by peasants and martial artists.
