Description

Light Crossbows are found most often in the hands of well funded military and royal guards. They most often feature a wooden stock with a bow-like apparatus laid across the top, a bolt or quarrel fitting in a notch made in the stock. A pull of the trigger will release the string and fire the bolt using the weapon's own propulsion rather than the wielders.
