Punching Dagger

Punching daggers were designed to add an edge to those with skill in unarmed combat, the handle arranged horizontally against the start of the blade rather than vertically. This requires the wielder to "punch" with the dagger to make strikes. The more natural motion of the strike makes them preferable to normal daggers in cultures with extensive methods for unarmed martial training.
