An opponent has pinned you. Your movement and actions are limited, as well as your ability to defend yourself. You are subject to the following effects:

• You are Grabbed.
• You let go of any creatures you have grabbed.
• Until you escape the pin (usually using Escape Pin), you may only use powers with the Pin keyword and may not take other actions.
