Swallowed
You have been swallowed by another creature and are slowly being constricted and digested as you move towards the creature's belly. You typically suffer ongoing damage while swallowed and cannot escape until you make a successful saving throw against the effect. You only have Line of Effect to other swallowed creatures, and to the swallowing creature. You are also limited to perceiving what is in the digestive track of the swallowing creature (but this may not be the case for creatures that have translucent bodies). When the digesting creature moves, you move with it automatically.
- You are Suffocating and Restrained.
- You suffer ongoing damage every 10 segments (specified in the effect). The damage type is Bludgeoning and Caustic unless otherwise stated.
- When released, you are Prone in an area adjacent to the creature.
- If multiple creatures are swallowed, a successful save allows a creature to free itself or another swallowed creature.
- If the swallowing creature is subject to an Injury from a Slashing or Chopping Weapon Attack, the attacker may choose to free a swallowed creature instead of dealing an injury.
