Threaten
All creatures threaten an area around them based on their size, which allows them to take Opportunity actions and participate in Flanking. Creatures only threaten while armed with a weapon (which may be a natural weapon). Certain conditions may prevent a creature from threatening, such as those that impede a creature's ability to make attacks. Creatures only threaten other creatures that they can perceive.
