You are in frightful shock by a creature or effect before you and often stare in awe of its horror. You are subject to the following effects.

• On every turn, suffer a 50% chance of being Delayed 1d4 segments (50% and under on percentile roll).
• You suffer a -4 penalty to Saving Throws (except on Saving Throws made versus a Fear effect).
• Increase all your Recovery Times by 1.

Note: Any abilities that remove Dread also remove the Unnerved condition.

The monster is overwhelmed with fear and is considered Incapacitated for 1 phase (or longer).
