Winded

You are having trouble catching your breath, making all physical actions more difficult. Winded effects are written as Winded (X), with X indicating the degree of Winded. For each level of Winded, you are subject to the following effects:

• Increase all Stamina Costs by 1 for each level of Winded. This does not affect Stamina Burn costs.

Complex Monsters

A Complex Monster suffering from any level of Winded that uses a Short Rest or Extended Rest ability must expend 2 uses of the ability, instead of 1.

Simple Monsters

A simple monster suffering from any level of Winded has its maximum Action Points reduced to 2. Note that some effects (such as Dazed) can further reduce the monster's Action Points on its turn.

Mob Monsters

The monster is rendered Unconscious for 1 phase (or longer).
