Bloodsipper
Description
Bloodsipper is a fairly unremarkable blade. In fact, it is slightly tarnished and the blade has several chips in it from presumably excessive use and neglect. Still, the blade appears a bit unusual upon close inspection, having a red tint to it as if the metal itself were stained. The circular cross-guard and short handle are made of a plain pitch black metal devoid of decoration.
Lore
Not much is known of Bloodsipper, indeed, even its name has changed throughout history enough times so as to make tracking the blade's legacy almost impossible. The only nods to a traceable history are that various tales in different parts of the world feature footnotes of the weapon being discovered on the field of battle, the blade sticking out of an unfortunate victim. Whether it belongs to the victim or the victim's killer has been debated in many a tavern.
