Description: This half mask is made of a dark, sickly green, roiling flesh, permanently twisted in an expression of pure rage. When worn, it grafts itself to the wearer's face, consuming the original flesh it was set upon, becoming a permanent living peace of the wearer's face.

Upon donning the mask, the wearer's alignment changes to Chaotic Evil, and the wearer is treated as having the evil keyword. Every phase, the wearer must make a Saving Throw [5d10 vs WIS] or their alignment permanently changes to Chaotic Evil and the mask becomes a permanent part of the wearer (only a Wish or similar magic can remove it). Removing the mask before then restores the wearer's alignment to normal. Note that the wearer usually does not want to remove the mask after it is donned. Wearing the mask grants the following abilities:

• You have Devilsight and can also see invisible creatures.
• You gain a +4 item bonus to Coercion checks.
• You can speak and understand the Infernal Language.
• You gain Damage Reduction 15 against Fire, Cold, and Necrotic Damage.
