Pike of Frost
Description
About ½ a foot longer than a normal Greatspear, its massive blade features three somewhat uneven prongs made of enchanted ice bound to a shaft of curious blue steel. The blades drip water as if melting when brought to warmer temperatures, but they never weaken or break apart. When brought to colder areas, the frost magic within can be seen in a faint aura.
Lore
Crafted by a long dead race of human barbarian raiders, this weapon stands as the last testament to ancient, primitive magics used by the northmen. Although not as sophisticated in design or balance as current weaponry, its raw power and weight more than make up for those deficiencies. Scholars believe that the weapons of that time period had to be as big as they were to be able to damage the larger predators of that age.
