Description

These small, ornate lanterns are fastened to a strong, finely cured leather strap etched with holy symbols by one round gold chain link. The glass is securely protected by a golden metal casing that shields the flame from harm. Despite its size, it bathes everything near it in a wide, soothing light.

Lore

This item is almost always acquired as a gift from a Lantern Archon as a reward for some service performed, although the source of the gift is rarely known to the recipient. In rare cases these items have fallen into the hands of evil individuals, but this rarely lasts long as the Archon who gave the gift is always vaguely aware of its location and the manner in which it is used.
