Target: One creature, other than you, within range
Effect: With a sudden surge of your deity's will, you alter the flow of time for one creature. Increase or Decrease the Recovery Time of the target by 1 segment.
Shells
First Shell
Prerequisite: Divine Rank 4
Effect: Your deity grants you minor insight, allowing you to react more quickly to danger. Decrease your Initiative Die by one level (min. 1d4). Also, gain a +2 bonus to Initiative Order.
Second Shell
Prerequisite: Divine Rank 6
Effect: Time flows within you, as much as around you, making it very difficult to slow you down. Gain Daze Resistance (2). Also, when you make a Saving Throw against the Slowed or Stupefied conditions, reduce the difficulty of the Saving Throw by 1d10 [STB 1d10].
Third Shell
Prerequisite: Divine Rank 8
Effect: Within your sphere is the secret of the missing moment, and your deity grants you access to this power. You may take two Immediate Actions each round, instead of just one.
