Duration: 1 hour per Eldritch Rank, or until you complete an Extended Rest, or until discharged, dispelled, or disrupted.
Effect: Weaving an impossibly thick and powerful tapestry of illusory magic, you bridge a gap between hallucination and reality that not even the gods could detect. Once during the duration of this spell, you may use the Alter Outcome action. After you have used the action, this spell is discharged.

Effect: You alter the outcome of the action just taken, making an attack roll automatically hit or automatically miss, causing a skill check to automatically succeed or fail, causing a saving throw to automatically succeed or fail, or similar effect (GM Discretion).
Special: If two Alter Reality spells are used to affect the same action, the spells negate each other and the outcome of the targeted action remains unchanged. This still expends your use of the Alter Outcome action.

Effect: You may now utilize the Alter Outcome action one additional time before the spell is discharged.
