Hit: 4d6 + 100 + [4 x Eldritch Might] Cold damage and targets are trapped beneath the snow and Buried [SE, ST 6d10 vs STR].
Miss: Half Damage and Restrained [SE, ST 4d10 vs STR].
Structural Effect: Structures in the area are subject to attack, Demolition +15 vs Durability. Additionally, Structures are buried in 2d6 feet of snow.
