Duration: 1 Round or until dismissed, dispelled or disrupted.
Upkeep: Spend 1 Resolve to increase the duration by 1 round.
Effect: You create a distortion in your physical form, and it blinks in and out of the material plane. All attacks made against you suffer a 50% miss chance (unless they can hit ethereal targets) with the exception of area targeting effects that have an extended duration (such as an Aura, Wall, or similar effect). When you would be hit with a physical attack, roll 1d100 to determine if the attack hits (50 or below misses, 51 or above hits). Mental effects (i.e. those that target Will are unaffected). Additionally, you are granted partial concealment from all creatures, due to the somewhat fuzzy image you represent as you blink in and out.

Attacks that you make, similarly, suffer a 50% miss chance (unless you can strike from the ethereal plane. 50 or below misses), as you have no control over when you will blink in and out.

Cost: 2 Resolve. Increase upkeep by 1 Resolve per Round.
Effect: You may target an additional creature (within 30 ft) with this spell.
Master Augment, Controlled Blink

Cost: 1 Resolve
Effect: You gain more control over the rapid influx of distortion and now only suffer a 20% miss chance on attacks (20 or below misses). Additionally, for the duration of this spell, the caster gains the following action:
Interruptive Action
Cost: 1 Resolve
Trigger: You are targeted by an attack that cannot strike ethereal targets.
Effect: The attack automatically misses.
