Blood Siphon
Basic Undeath Scourge [Supernatural]
Prerequisites: Undeath Rank 2, Eater of Blood Feature.
Disciplines: Vampirism
Focus Action [FT 4, REC 2]
Cost: 2 Stamina
Effect: The target's veins rupture under your will, spilling their lifeblood in a slow, relentless drain. Make an attack:
Range: 40 ft
Target: One creature within range.
Attack: Corruption vs. Fortitude
Hit: The target suffers ongoing 10 Bleed damage every 10 segments [SE, ST 3d10 vs CON]. Whenever it takes the ongoing bleed damage, you gain 1 Blood Point.
Frenzied Augment, Call of Blood
[Undeath Rank 2]
Requirement: You must be Frenzied
Effect: This power now targets a second, random living creature within range.
Augment, Greater Siphon
[Undeath Rank 3, Stacking]
Stacking [Rank 3, 4, 5, etc]: This augment may be applied multiple times, limited by your Undeath Rank.
Effect: Increase the ongoing bleed damage by 5.
Augment, Greater Siphon
[Undeath Rank 4, Stacking]
Stacking [Rank 4, 7]: This augment may be applied twice, limited by your Undeath Rank.
Cost: 1 Stamina
Effect: Increase the saving throw by 1d10 [STP 1d10].
Master Augment, Inhibiting Bleed
[Undeath Rank 5]
Cost: 1 Stamina
Effect: While the target is suffering from the Bleed effect, it cannot regain hitpoints by any means. If healing magic (or a similar healing effect, such as Fast Healing) is used that removes the Bleed effect, the bleed is removed, but no hitpoints are restored as part of that healing.
