Casting Prerequisite: To gain the benefit of this Metacast ability you must be Rank 5 or higher in the philosophy relevant to the power you are casting.

Effect: You do not rush when casting a spell or prayer, ensuring that every gesture made and component used is done with absolute perfection, extracting the most energy possible with the least effort. When casting a power, reduce the cost of the power by 1 Stamina or Resolve. This benefit may be applied a maximum number of times equal to [1/2 X Mental Rank]. This ability cannot be used to reduce energy burn, karma costs, or any other costs associated with the power.

Special: Only one Metacast ability may be used on a single casting of a power.
