Primary Effect P: You draw from massive reserves of elemental cold and focus them on an area, causing a sphere of almost impossible cold to burst into existence, freezing everything caught within it. Make an attack:
Target: All creatures in Area
Attack: Arcana vs. Reflex
Hit: 5d6+[3 x Eldritch Might]+55 Cold damage. All liquids carried by the target are frozen solid (i.e. potions, waterskins, etc). These liquids thaw normally and their properties remain unchanged. Consumable liquids may be chewed and swallowed [REC +4] to produce their original effect.
Miss: Half damage.
Secondary Effect: A ripple of cold air travels outward to a 100 ft diameter area from the origination of the sphere, freezing all water (and water-based liquids) in the area to a depth of 6 inches. This effect lasts until the ice thaws naturally. Any creatures Swimming in the surface of water that is frozen become trapped and are Confined [SE, ST 4d10 vs STR]
Structural Effect: Structures in the area suffer -5 penalty to their durability for 1 phase (as they become more brittle), with the exception of Ice structures, which gain a +5 bonus.
