Effect: You move quickly, firing two shots before others can react. Make two attacks, on the same or different creatures:

Target: One creature

Attack: Ranged Weapon^P vs. AC

Hit: Weapon[2 WD] damage.

Effect: Increase the damage dealt by each attack by 1 WD.
