Basic Mental Method [Metacast]

Prerequisites: Mental Rank 6

Casting Prerequisite: To gain the benefit of this Metacast ability you must be Rank 8 or higher in the philosophy relevant to the power you are casting.

Free Action

Cost: Increase the CT, REC, and all energy costs/burn of the spell (after augments) by 50% (round up).

Effect: Taking greater time and energy to fuel a massive amount of energy into your power, all damage dealt by the power is Maximized. This ability only affects damage dice, all other rolls associated with the power are unaffected.

Special: Only one Metacast ability may be used on a single casting of a power.
