Limitation: Limit once per cast.

Trigger: You complete the casting of a power.

Requirement: You must not have a penalty to your speed (such as from Armor or through Status Effects, such as Entangled).

Effect: Your environment changes around you while you prepare to release your magic, but you have practiced to change with it. While holding your cast, you may Shift 5ft as a Free Action. This increases the recovery of your cast power by the cost of this maneuver.
