Duration: 1 Round or until dismissed, dispelled or disrupted.
Upkeep: Free action, spend 2 Resolve to increase the duration by 1 Round.
Target: All creatures within aura (Except you).
Effect: You reweave fate to cut short the destinies of the creatures around you. You gain an Aura (50ft) of pollution that causes creatures to experience bad luck. Each round the creature is in contact with the Aura, increases the difficulty of one Saving Throw affecting the creature by 1d10 [STP 1d10]. If more than one Save Ends condition is affecting the creature, the increased Saving Throw is chosen randomly.
