Basic Mental Method [Metacast]

Prerequisites: Mental Rank 5

Casting Prerequisite: To gain the benefit of this Metacast ability you must be Rank 6 or higher in the philosophy relevant to the power you are casting.

Cost: Increase the CT, REC, and all energy costs/burn of the spell (after augments) by 50% (round up).

Effect: Manipulating magical essence to refortify itself, you Increase any damage dealt (including ongoing damage) by the power by 50%. This is a Power bonus. This ability only applies to damage and no other effects of the power.

Special: Only one Metacast ability may be used on a single casting of a power.
