Basic Mental Method [Metacast]

Prerequisites: Mental Rank 2

Casting Prerequisite: To gain the benefit of this Metacast ability you must be Rank 3 or higher in the philosophy relevant to the power you are casting.

Cost: CT +1

Requirement: You must be casting a power with a Verbal component to use this feat.

Effect: You have learned to cast with increased detail, avoiding the need for words. The power no longer requires Verbal components, but gains a Somatic component if it does not already have one.

Special: Only one Metacast ability may be used on a single casting of a power.
