Brewing is the art of fermenting, distilling, and aging alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, and spirits. Brewing can be used to craft such beverages for use or sale. It includes a knowledge of the value of specific brews and the best markets for their purchase and sale. Brewing also includes a ability to identify brewing processes, ingredients, and materials and knowledge of famous brewers and their goods.
