A spore slave is the animated corpse of a creature that had been slain by the spores of a Spore Queen. In addition to the gaunt, desiccated features of a zombie, a Spore Slave is also infested with a brown-yellow fungus that feeds off the dead to sustain itself. It also provides a mental link to the Spore Queen herself, who commands her servants through her insidious children.
