Fungus

Fungus creatures inhabit dark caves and similar environs. They almost always produce some kind of spores, many of which are noxious to toxic to other creatures. They require only a nutrient source (typically the rotting remains of another creatures) to survive and are particularly resilient. Most are Vulnerable to Fire damage.
