"I've never slept so well in my life! Nothing beats Grannies cookies after a hard day of work! Hey....what's with that grin?!"
——Violet, Retired Adventuring Fighter

Description

Crafted by skilled Alchemists, the base liquid used for this concoction is milk brought to a boil. Once this is combined with distilled Valerian Root and mixed, it creates a potion that relaxes the drinker, eventually forcing them to fall asleep if they do not fight off the affects. The liquid itself appears to to be a thin light liquid that tastes similar to vanilla, and is always comfortably warm.

Lore

Once the liquid for Sleeping Drought is made, it requires a settling period of about 24 hours before the chemicals fully blend together. These potions are actually used more for home remedies and individuals with sleeping disorders, as the ingredients are cheap and the taste is pleasant. Still, more than a few palaces and dungeons have been infiltrated by a well placed Sleeping Draught on the enemy's table.
